Preseason Academy at the Ladner Outdoor Box! - REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
The Delta Lacrosse Preseason Academy is designed to help athletes prepare properly for the upcoming box lacrosse season — building confidence, sharpening skills, and ensuring players are physically and mentally ready to compete.
Preseason preparation is a critical step in setting athletes up for success. These sessions focus on back-to-basics skill development, including stick skills, footwork, passing, shooting, and defensive fundamentals, while also incorporating strength, conditioning, and movement patterns specific to box lacrosse. The goal is simple: help players enter the season confident, conditioned, and game-ready. PLEASE NOTE REGISTRATION FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON MUST BE COMPLETE TO TAKE PART IN THESE PROGRAMS.
All Preseason Academy sessions are led by Delta’s own Logan Schuss, who we are proud to continue working with to help enhance athlete development and provide the highest level of readiness for the upcoming box season. Logan’s experience, leadership, and commitment to player development ensure a consistent, high-quality training environment across all age groups.

Designed for athletes looking to push beyond the fundamentals. These sessions include more complex drills, increased pace, game-like scenarios, and decision-making under pressure.
