Delta Lacrosse Association Registration Fee Explanation and Refund Policy
** Note: Re: 2020 box cancellation FULL refunds will be issued to all fully registered players regardless of what normally applies below. **
It is our goal to make registration fees as reasonable as possible while covering basic costs, in order to ensure maximum participation of interested lacrosse players within the Corporation of Delta. The largest proportion of each registration fee covers the cost of field time, equipment, referee fees and other costs necessary to ensure each player the opportunity to practice and play for the season. There are also additional costs such as BCLA insurance and related administration expenses included in the registration fee that, once incurred by the Association, are non-refundable. These costs must be accounted for in cases where a registration refund is requested.

1) A full refund, less $35, prior to any participation in any organized team event (evaluations/tryouts/

3) A full refund, less $85, up to two weeks into the season (after the first League game has commenced) for medical reasons. Requests for refunds due to valid medical conditions must be accompanied by a Physician note.
4) Under no conditions will refunds be processed after the end of the 2nd week of the official lacrosse playing season commencing April 10, 2019.
